Q: How many of one color per size do I need to order?
A: There is a listing of the number needed per size on the regular mat board page. You can mix and match these colors. Some inners, some outers, rectangles. ovals, etc. We are easy to get along with and make every attempt to meet your needs.
Q: Are there colors that I can order without a minimum # of mats of that color required?
A: Yes. On the general information page is a list of these popular colors. You can order one or 1000 as long as you meet the $100.00 minimum order.
Q: What is your approximate turn around time?
A: Our turn around time is usually less than two weeks, depending on the availability of the board. If yours is an extra large order, we will partial ship as soon as we get a full box so that you may get started on your project.
Q: Are multiple openings available?
A: Yes. Add $1.00 per additional opening on a single mat and $2.00 per additional opening on a double mat.
Q: What will the shipping cost?
A: It depends on where you are. We charge what it costs us. It is impossible to estimate because of different weight and location specifics.
Q: What is Crescent X Board?
A: X Board is a relatively inexpensive way to back your art work. It is about the same thickness as matboard, with chipboard in the middle and white on both sides. Foam board is better. We do not recommend X Board for larger frame sizes (16x20 and over) as it is really not thick enough.
